While preparing each dish the chef took time to answer many, many questions from the audience. It was am amazing educational experience and very entertaining…even for a sucky cook like myself.
Many audience members got an opportunity to taste the meals Chef Samuelsson prepared. I, on the other hand, spend time pacing back and forth across the aisles figuring out a way to get closer to the honored host.
I finally got my chance to
touch him talk to him after the cooking demonstration during his book signing. He was quite gracious (even to a stalker like myself).
